What could your next CTC look like?
Enter current annual CTC, experience and a required current or target role to explore 30%, 40% and 60% hike scenarios. At a current CTC of ₹12 LPA, the 30–40% planning range is ₹15.6–16.8 LPA, with a 60% stretch scenario of ₹19.2 LPA. These are percentage-based planning scenarios, not a market salary prediction or a guaranteed offer. The same percentages apply at every experience level; your role and experience provide context for a career discussion. INR uses LPA entry. Roles are grouped by experience, with an option to enter your own. USD, GBP, EUR, AED and SGD are also supported, without currency conversion. These are annual CTC amounts, not take-home pay.

Complete onboarding within 7 days, review and approve at least 10 team-prepared applications per working day, attend arranged interviews, and respond to the team and share interview feedback within 48 hours.
This is an extension of your existing plan services, not a refund or a promise of employment. The extension ends when you accept an eligible offer, withdraw, or materially breach the terms. The Job Search and standalone Co-Pilot plans do not include this assurance.

What does the 45-day placement assurance cover?
Eligible Elite customers who meet the programme requirements receive an extension of their included services at no additional charge if they have not received and accepted a written offer within 45 days of starting their job search programme.
