How does the salary-jump estimator work?

Accepted Answer

It applies 30%, 40% and 60% hikes to your current annual CTC. For ₹12 LPA, that means ₹15.6, ₹16.8 and ₹19.2 LPA. These are planning scenarios, not promises of offers or market predictions. The percentages are the same at every experience level. Share your role and experience so our team can discuss a suitable target and help with your next job.

Question 7

What does the 45-day placement assurance cover?

Accepted Answer

Eligible Elite customers who meet the programme requirements receive an extension of their included services at no additional charge if they have not received and accepted a written offer within 45 days of starting their job search programme. Complete onboarding, review and approve the required applications, attend interviews and remain responsive. This is a service extension, not a refund or a promise of employment. The extension ends on an eligible accepted offer, withdrawal or material breach. The Job Search and standalone Co-Pilot plans do not include this assurance. Our team can explain eligibility before you choose Elite.
